We got no less than 38 Ur quattro's together for this event and one of the sports won best in show. The stand was busy from start to finish with people coming and going and coming back again, as they were so impressed with the turn-out of cars. It certainly was a sight to see! We had pride of place, being positioned right in front of the main stage and the qOC were certainly the centre of attention.
It was great to see so many Urs in one place and the show itself was a real mix of clubs and cars, really and truly there was something for everyone: classic, modern and amazingly modified cars on show. It was nice to sit chatting to various quattro owners back on the stand as the sun shone in the sky, a really nice day. The turnout was a credit to the club and those involved in making it happen.
We have already spoken to the organisers for next year. Taking into account the amount of feedback and interest received, we should be aiming to get at least 50 Ur's there next time!
